This facility allows students with active Passport York accounts who are living in the Undergraduate residences or the York Apartments, to submit requests for new service, make changes to or move their service and terminate service. Trouble reports can be submitted as well and account details can be viewed from this application.

Billing is processed at the end of each month, for example, if you were charged in August that charge only pertains to the month of July.
VoIP phones service subscribers : A charge of 100.00 will be applied to your Student Account for a missing or damaged phone.
