Activate, Move or Terminate Telephone and ResNet Service and Billing Inquiries:

Residents with active Passport York accounts should submit requests to activate, change, move, or terminate service as well as any billing inquiries to:  telecomm@yorku.ca.

Internet Service Rates - $25.00 / month plus HST plus $43.50 activation/move fee (Effective Aug 1, 2014)

  • ResNet service is active at all Passy Cr. apartments. There is no need to apply for the service.
  • Atkinson Bedsitters only - no service charge will apply.  Need to request/activate via email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: *** WHEN YOU MOVE OUT, YOU MUST SUBMIT A DISCONNECTION REQUEST VIA EMAIL OR YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE BILLED FOR YOUR INRES SERVICES AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHARGES***.

BILLING NOTE:
Charges are posted to your Student Account following the month in which they were incurred. For example, your charge for the month of October will appear on your Student Account in November.

VoIP phones service subscribers : A charge of 100.00 will be applied to your Student Account for a missing or damaged phone.
